now that all the trolls got theirs in here, ill chime.

probably just keep to the warlock, but perhaps try a DK. if my pali actually makes it to 70 ill likely level it to 80 later but doubt ill play it seriously... maybe just make it an arena character.

I'm also thinking of playing pally in wotlk just to play a healing class.

You do know Pallys are one of the worst arena classes right?

Oh, and the same thing happened in beta before TBC. There was a video out of 2 ret pallys owning in the arena and everyone was talking about how overpowered they were going to be. We'll see I guess.

they are right now... with the changes coming in LK, i wouldn't be surprised if they get quite a boost.

after playing a DK all last night, i have to say that the temptation to roll one is kind of eatting at me. i will stick with the lock as my main most likely, but DKs are not only extremely powerful(at 58, i nearly killed a 68+ and also nearly solo'd 2 60s), but are actually fun to play. Even more interesting is the fact that the skills you are NOT spec'd into are still useful because they add diseases which most other skills buff off of("...gains damage based on the number of diseases...").

At one point last night, i was fighting 3 +2 mobs(a normally simple feat), but was jumped by another DK. I proc'd bloodworms and my health skyrocketted. Meanwhile he pulled another 4 mobs or so. I finished him off, then defeated all 7 mobs, without a fear of death to be had.
